We are happy to accompany Rey in setting up her freezone company and document every step. She chooses this path to run her online business without the complex bureaucracy and legal challenges in Germany.
We share the entire process and the important details on Maik Besso’s Instagram channel and in this blog.
What have we achieved so far?
- Rey received detailed advice from us in cooperation with a German tax advisor.
- We have identified the Rakez Freezone as the ideal location for your company. Our advice and support is completely free of charge thanks to The Dubai Scout, the official consultant for several free zones in the UAE. We are paid directly by the city, which means that our advice is free of charge.
The consultation took place online via Zoom after Rey made an appointment through our website. Since she does not plan to emigrate to Dubai, but only wants to set up a company, she only needs a visa for herself, which reduces the costs.
After the consultation, she received an invoice for the company formation and the visa, a total of 16,500 AED, about 4,200€, depending on the exchange rate.
She provided us with the following documents and information:
- Copy of your passport.
- Three name suggestions for your company.
We have forwarded all the necessary information to the freezone. It usually takes around 3-4 working days to set up the company during quieter periods, but expect it to take around 6-7 working days as the freezones can be very busy at times. Rey does not need to be in Dubai for this process; everything is done online.
